The staff were so warm and welcoming, in particular Mia took the time to show us a map of Toulouse and recommended where to explore. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and a nice view. Amenities are limited in-room but a fridge and basic toiletries were provided. Stylish design with a budget feel. Vibey ground floor means it can be a little noisy, although insulation is good. Phenomenal location moments away from the main shopping and restaurants.

France’s 4th largest city, Toulouse abounds with beautiful red-brick buildings that have earned it the nickname Pink City. The focal point is Place du Capitole, a large square lined by restaurants and the grand Capitole building which is spectacularly lit at night. Equally impressive at night is the Pont-Neuf, a 16th-century bridge spanning the Garonne River.
This remarkably green city has many tree-lined boulevards and parks offering shade. It has a laidback, almost alternative vibe, perhaps due to its huge student population. The cuisine is also fantastic – try the regional duck and the cassoulet.
Must-see Toulouse sights include the UNESCO World Heritage-listed, 10th-century Basilica of Saint Sernin and the Georges Labit Museum, a fascinating collection of Asian and Egyptian artefacts. Record-breaking Stade Toulousain rugby union club is also based here – catch a match to experience the Gallic passion.
Out by Lasbordes Airport is Cité de l’Espace, a space-themed amusement park, particularly suited to young children. Another aviation-related feature is the city’s main industry - the Airbus-EADS factory, just north of Toulouse Blagnac Airport. Book in advance for a tour that includes the Airbus A380 production line.

The Abbatoir Contemporary Art Museum, the Bemberg Collection...
The Abbatoir Contemporary Art Museum, the Bemberg Collection and the murals in the Capitole were cultural highlights, but Toulouse is really all about being a 'flaneur' rather than individual sights. Unfortunately a couple of the museums on our list (Agustins, Chateau d'eau) were out of action while major improvements are underway, but we will certainly be back when they reopen. We bought a 3 day Pass Tourisme which was excellent value, but make sure you check opening times for sites as these are extremely variable. We would recommend Campagne and Restaurant 62 for dining.

Toulouse is a lovely, cozy, atmospheric city with beautiful architecture and promenade. Suitable for those who love walking along beautiful city streets. There is a very nice metro without a driver in the city. The city is not big, but not small either. Just right!

Toulouse is a brilliant city with many things to do, yes it is expensive but we had an amazing time and visited many galleries and museums. I would highly recommend buying the Tourist pass as we saved a lot of money.

It is so easy to get around.
It is so easy to get around. As expected, it feels more like a "real life city" than the craziness of Paris. More French people than tourists from 'all over'. It was busy in the shopping areas and restaurants, but it did not feel over-crowded.

Toulouse is a large and very vibrant city, with plenty of art, architecture, history, and music. We go for the opera, and I have not taken an opportunity to explore beyond the Place du Capitole. Driving can be difficult because of one-way streets at crazy angles, and the GPS is never up to date as roads are closed and directions are changed.
Check-in was easy and the room was clean along with the bathroom. The room looked tidy. This hotel is located in the central area and is walkable from the main attractions. I would like to shout out to the guy who helped us check out. As we were checking out at 5 AM, even though the kitchen was not open, he helped us pack some food. It was a great gesture and we really appreciate it.
It is a good place to stay for families and couples. There is a direct bus to Airport from just outside the hotel.
The location of the hotel is ideal for discovering Toulouse's centre - you can easily walk to the centre by foot, or to a metro station for venturing further afield. The room was basic (there were no tea or coffee making facilities) and it was on the small side, but the beds were comfortable and it was relatively clean. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was very nice.
It was my first time visit to Toulouse with my daughter. Location of the hotel is superb, within walking distance to the the City Centre, Metro, Public Transport & the Tourist Information Centre. Receptionists are very friendly, professional and will assists you with whatever you will need. I would recommend the hotel to my family or friends who will be visiting the city of Toulouse.
Value for money and excellent location. The centre is a few minutes walk away from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.
Direct bus from/to the airport, stopping by only 5 mins away from the hotel. There's also a central bus terminus nearby.
Very good breakfast served with fresh delicacies (pastries, delicatessen and others).
Quiet room and neighbourhood.
Very good localisation, 15 min to metro station (Compans Cafarelli) and bus stop from/to Airport; around 15-20 min walking to the main historic centre. Boulangerie and a mini market, opened every day near the hotel.
If you have a flight in the afternoon, you may leave the luggage at the hotel, spend all day in Toulouse, then pick it up and go straight to the airport.
We wanted a central location, no frills, decent hotel in Toulouse and this ticked all the boxes. Our room was clean and spacious, WiFi was good, staff were lovely. The location was the real winner though. The airport shuttle (AERO) is 30secs away on Boulevard Strassbourg, and the metro is across the street. (Jeanne d'Arc). Would definitely stay here again
The hotel is at an excellent location in the centre of Toulouse. You can walk to all the important places. There are plenty of restaurants, caffees, shops. It is very easy to walk everywhere. There is plenty of life around
Toulouse is a beautiful city not too big and not too small. There is something for everyone and our hotel was at the centre
Breakfast was great, it was my first time in France and I really enjoyed the croissants. The staff was extremely helpful despite my limited French (multiple people spoke good English). The hotel was very modern, clean and nicely decorated. It's also very close to the tram, which assisted greatly in getting around the city.
In France we rarely eat hotel breakfasts because they generally overprice breakfasts- but not here. We liked that.
Super location - just outside the old town and easy walking distance to L’entrecôte and Maison de Cassoulet restaurants.
They have parking in the front yard - better than some of the tight indoor garages.
The accommodation was compact very clean and well equipped
The reception staff were extremely pleasant and helpful
The apartment is conveniently located for the town railway station metro and airport shuttle bus
It was the best of the three apartments we rented during our stay in France
Very convenient location to the bus terminal and SNCF train station. Pretty much across the street and a few bldgs down from the train stn.. The staff were helpful and friendly. It’s about an easy ten minute walk to Toulouse centre-ville. Room was clean and the bathroom looked updated.
Room is perfect for a family and the location is great to access the city centre on foot, also close to the airport shuttle stop. Room was big and with all the necessary for a long stay. The hotel and room were very quiet. Reception staff were very kind and helpful.
Breakfast was reasonanbly good and the staff member on shift was very helpful. the location to the centre of t
Toulouse was very good within walking distance. The hotel seems to have been modedernised in a pleasent manner. Only for a one night stay.
Excellent location. 10min walk from railway station and close to all main historical sites in central Toulouse, while also very quiet and rest. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with excellent English. Would certainly stay there again.
The hotel approximately 10 minutes walk to/from Gare Matabiau and bus station. Centrally located. Rooms very clean, beds comfortable. They accept luggage for storage prior to check in as we transited in Toulouse on our way to Lourdes.
Excellent location right across Gare de Toulouse-Matabiau, plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. They can assist in storing your luggage too if you’re early for check-in. Nice size room with kitchen facilities..
Very friendly staff and lovely welcome, comfortable clean room, pool and bar area looked very inviting, tasty breakfast with lots of options, good access to tram into city centre and airport shuttle was on time.
The hotel is centrally located and has very comfortable rooms. The staff were extremely helpful and helped me with booking a cab to the airport on the last day when there was a general strike all over France
Friendly welcome and service. Location in Toulouse was perfect, near to the Jeanne D'Arc area for buses to the airport and walking distance to the train station.
