As a note for others, if you don't like long walks to markets/tavern, you need a car rental. This also applies if you are planning to visit other parts of the island 🏝 because everything else is kind of far. We did have a car, and here are a few examples: closest markets/taverns are at about 5 to 10 min drive, Chania 33min, Elafonisi ~2h, Balos 2h, Falassarna 90min etc...

Great location, the property is only a few meters from the beach of Stavros. Hotel had also a huge and spotless pool, an amazing tennis court and traditional restaurant with delicious dishes. Our room had a balcony overlooking the Cretan Sea and the Akrotiri landscape. It was very clean and with fresh towels on the bathroom. Definitely I would love to stay again.
