Great for a family trip. Location is excellent, just across Piazzale Michalengelo with Arno River in between. You can walk along the river, 15 minutes walk to Ponte Vecchio, Uffuzi Gallery, and Duomo. Area is safe and silent, streets towards the center has good restaurants and cafes. The apartment is very cozy and authentic. It was clean and cute. Rachele was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend.

From the front desk staff right through every amenity provided, this hotel surpassed our expectations. The front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating, and the room itself was lovely. The elevator really helped, as my father has mobility issues, and even though we were in a busy square (which was a plus, since it was a super short walk to the Uffizi Gallery), we hardly heard any street noise.

Labai patogi lova, dviejų tipų pagalvės - minkšta ir kietesnė, galima buvo pasirinkti. Daug rankšluoščių, vonios reikmenys, vienas iš vonios kambarių su šildomomis grindimis, vieta netriukšminga, nors senamiestyje, šalia daug kavinukių, visi istoriniai pastatai ir muziejai netoli. Likome patenkintos išsirinktais apartamentais. Nepasinaudojome terasa, nes buvo lietingos dienos.

Butas labai mielas, patogus, turi nuostabų balkoną su vaizdu į vidinį kiemą. Bute buvo visko, ko gali prireikti, taip pat buvau pavaišinta apelsinais ir buteliu vyno. Bute rasite skalbimo mašiną, džiovyklę, indaplovę, mikrobangų krosnelę, plaukų feną. Visus įmanomus indus, prieskonius, kavos ir cukraus. Žodžiu, galima tikrai jaustis kaip namuose.
