The apartment was incredible - beautifully decorated and presented and with absolutely everything that we needed for our week in Hamburg. It was perfectly clean and the kitchen was well equipped. There were comfortable chairs inside and outdoors on the patio and the lighting was also great - so often one lacks a reading lamp or decent bathroom light on holiday, but everything had been thought of here. The location was perfect - quiet and peaceful, yet right in the centre of a lively residential district with shops, cafes and restaurants within easy reach. Buses and the S and U Bahns were also nearby and we were easily able to explore the city. The area also felt safe and welcoming. Staff were very easy to contact and immediately helpful and we were even able to leave our cases for a couple of hours on the day of our departure.
