I stayed at this place during a business trip nearby Chía and the location worked perfectly fine. It was a really safe area (considering I left every morning really early and arrived late). They made us feel like a part of the family right away. The views were amazing; the whole surroundings are just beautiful! The outdoor washroom made us a little nervous when we got there but it was great. Our family is vegetarian and vegan; Jorge and Maria accommodated our dietary needs and the food was so fresh and beyond delicious! Best meals we had in Colombia! This was the most relaxed we have ever felt during a trip. My kids loved playing with their dog Lotto (they would've brought her back home if they could) and my daughter actually said "I like this place better than Paris" :) Would go back in a heartbeat!

It is a small and simple cabin but has everything we needed for our stay: comfortable beds, hot water and it was clean. Location is not far from the center of Guatavita. The yard is beautiful and safe for kids. But. The absolutely best "thing" are the owners, David and Diana, most probably the nicest couple we've met on our travel in Colombia. They will do everything to make you feel at home.
