Every day there were freshly baked cookies/cakes downstairs which tasted so good! (for free!!). The view from our room was breath taking and even more amazing on our last 2 nights as the host was so kind to upgrade us to a room upstairs :)) Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is ~15-20 min walk from the town centre and close by are shops/restaurants. Beautiful promenade/walking path next to the sea. We truly enjoyed our stay in Eastbourne and suggest everyone to stay at Seaview Sanctuary!

Around 15 minutes walk to the beach and the seaside, perfect for us. Bed nicely sized, not lots of stretching out space but it's a bed room, bed, lamp, TV if in the mood to watch, all you need. Plus a bottle of water in fridge each day was great Breakfast was really nice as well, always lots of choice

The rooms are each unique and beautifully decorated with a really comfortable bed. breakfast is included at the tea downstairs and it is amazing. lots of unique options for food and coffees and juice included. The staff is all super friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again and will highly recommend it to friends.

IT WAS A DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE COMBINED WITH EN EXCELLENT AND HELPFUL HOSTESS. WE ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE.

The service was excellent and Allison (The manager in charge) was beyond helpful and nice. The included breakfast was good and plentiful to the point that the third day we had to ask for less food.

Beautiful house with beautiful art - a comfortable living room to read a book in, a gorgeous dining room to enjoy breakfast in, and a beautiful bedroom with exceptionally comfortable beds. Breakfast was amazing and the owners took care to accommodate my gluten free needs. The couple that owns the house is a delight to interact with and our overall experience allowed us to get a glimpse into English life while exploring nearby countryside and towns. We had originally booked for 1 night but ended up staying 2 (would have stayed longer if there was availability). The house is also in a great location for both city exploration and nearby towns, castles and gardens.
