Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Casa das Proteas is located in Sítio da Felpa, S. Jorge, Madeira Island. It offers an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by lush vegetation about 50 km from Funchal. Casa de Proteas is a lovely place to stay. Theresa was such a brilliant hostess, she made it feel like home.Breakfast was just right to set you up for the day. The food in the evenings was beautifully prepared. I would definitely recommend Casa de Proteas for a beautiful and relaxing holiday destination.

Offering a terrace and city view, Alexia Room is set in Funchal, 1.7 km from Marina do Funchal and 15 km from Girao Cape. Alexandra is a great host, super friendly, and helpful. She personally welcomed us, even though we arrived very late. The room was super comfortable, and the breakfast was great, fruit, bread, cheese, ham, yogurt and some sweets 😋. She also have some fruit and welcome snacks ready for us.

Kind and helpful hosts, great room, had breakfast with amazing views from the terrace every morning. Very good restaurant just up the street.

Located within 2.7 km of Calheta Beach and 25 km of Girao Cape, Amoreira House offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Calheta. This was the most pleasant stay we had in almost a month on Madeira! The host Luis and his family are so welcoming, kind and helpful. The view from the unit is absolutely beautiful and it is fully equipped with everything you could need. The apartment was so clean and very well maintained. We were treated like family; it was the most personable stay I have ever had anywhere in the world. The town of Calheta is so quaint but yet has everything you could need. It is a perfect place to stay on the island to have a relaxing time yet still be close enough to everything you want to do.

Thé expérience was wonderful. The place was peaceful, rooms big and comfortable, perfectly equipped. Great view and vast terraces. The owners are approaching their work with passion and dedication. They have high working ethics and are very inspiring. It is possible to hike a lot, there is accès to two trails from the town. We are grateful for this stay and hope more people will benefit from this lovely place.

Set in Câmara de Lobos, 700 metres from Vigário Beach, Casa da Cal - by Casas na Ilha offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Great location short walk to town centre . Spacious room , comfortable bed , AC , great shower . Very clean ! Tastefully decorated throughout . Amazing pool area , feels like you are in a jungle with fruits hanging from trees . Highly recommend !
