This was one of the best breakfasts we have had and staff could not have been more helpful in ensuring we had everything we wanted during our 2 night stay. Car parking was very easy and convenient and free which was an added bonus. The guesthouse is also close to the train station We highly recommend A Tendinha to anyone staying in Peso da Regua who can manage a short flight of stairs.

Also the hosts were very nice and most helpful. I have no hesitation recommending Casa 4 Caminhos - Guest House Douro for your stay when visiting the Douro Valley. Also they have parking right next door within the building which is most helpful.

Zimão Garden House is located in Vila Real, 30 km from Natur Waterpark, 31 km from Golf Course Vidago Palace, and 43 km from Douro Museum. Chaves Thermal Spa is 49 km away and Mateus Palace is 22 km from the guest house. The house is like a small castle, but very tidy and comfortable. The owner is so nice. There are many well thought out details, which make the stay even more pleasant.

The staff were all so welcoming, and Marco and Ana had thought about every little detail. We would love to stay here again in the future!

This place is located 20-25 minutes from the Sabrosa/Pinhao. The stay was amazing! The room was spacious enough and we had a big window facing the valley. The sunset and the morning views are incredible there. And because of the isolated location it so quite there. Except the room there is also a place outside in the property to sit and enjoy the wine and the views. The host gave us a taste of their own wine and port and we also asked for the breakfast (additional price). Wow, you definitely must have it! Aurora made us a wonderful breakfast. Everything on the table came from their own garden. And the view from the balcony (where we ate) is amazing.

This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is situated 400 metres from Douro Museum. This property felt like a palace...very grand! Such an amazing place for which the photos do not do the property proper credit. We couldn't believe the entire space was ours when we first arrived. My family and I wished that we could have stayed for a week. Next time! 😊
