Beautiful tent, great food, amazing view of Mt. Fuji, easy pick up and facilitated earlier drop off at the Lake Kawaguchiko station so we wouldn’t miss our bus. All the staff was easy to communicate with and I wish we could have stayed longer!

The room and facilities was authentic and traditional which we enjoyed very much. The mattress and chairs in the rooms were very comfortable!! The staff were soo friendly and the lobby was modern. The private onsen was a wonderful touch to our stay. Felt like an amazing retreat to get away from the hustle and bustle. We had a clear evening and morning and the view was brilliant, the foot baths on the rooftop were a nice addition. We loved that you could book the private onsen for 1 hour which we booked for after dinner. Great choice at the breakfast buffet. Excellent service from all staff. The hosts knew little English, but were very patient and accomodating such that everything could be communicated. We hired bikes from the property to ride around Lake Kawaguchi and watch Mt Fuji as the sunset.
