traveling thailand for a year, river valley is the cleanest, most modern with high end furniture/beds ! incredible sunset views over Nan river. healthy breakfast. like a private getaway in beautiful surroundings. there's a big fluffy dog that will lick you if you don't throw it a stick. haha

This place a is a great cityscape - so relaxing, comfortable surrounded by nature and the Nan river. I love the fact that they had these large hammocks by the river that you can lie / sleep and read a good book in. They also have an outdoor jacuzzi but we didn’t try that because it was too cold outside hahaha. Also loved that the place is family run - so it feels more like a home that you are staying in and they treat you like as if you are house guest coming into their very large dreamlike home

The quiet location right by the river. Lovely big rooms with big beds and nice sheets, perfect for relaxing. Bath tub on the balcony and hammock were so special. Prowe & Greg were so welcoming, they upgraded our room and showed us great places to eat in Nan. Highly recommend!! Thank you so much for having us

Hot shower! Huzzah!!! Lovely lady, very helpful. Whipped up a cracking brekkie. Kettle with coffee and a fridge. Aircon and fan. Parking onsite.
