Absolutely everything was perfect. I simply could not have asked for anything more. We felt extremely safe, we were well fed and had so much fun doing all the different activities. Tomjachu Bush Retreat is absolutely perfect for people wanting to explore African nature at their own pace and be safe whilst doing so (thanks to the electrically fenced massive estate keeping dangerous animals and humans away). We are vegetarian and Tomjachu Bush Retreat accomodated us with super delicious vegetarian meals throughout our stay. I dont have anything to complain.

The room is beautiful in a quiet location. 3 minutes driving off the main road. We had the room just facing the river, and it felt so relaxing. The room has a tasteful interior design. The staff was friendly and super helpful - they helped us prepare the braai facility so we had a nice dinner in such a beautiful environment.

We loved being on the water with the resident hippos. There was a large area in which we could walk around. The locals were very welcoming and invited us to watch rugby on TV with them. The manager was warm and helpful.

The venue is absolutely beautiful, modern and clean! The staff (Zelwi) welcomed us and accommodated us in every way she could. The restaurant's food is top class, and so is the wine collection! The spa is so relaxing and Thandi is a pro at relaxation. Thank you Antoinette, Zelwi and team for an exceptional stay.

It was located close to where we needed to go early morning so it was very convenient. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. Kids loved to stay upstairs by themselves whereas I enjoyed the spacious queen bed . The room is equipped with fridge, kettle and microwave and usual amenities like shampoos with a hair dryer. Came with a bath tub and a shower. Added bonus is the property does not seem to experience load- shedding. Maybe I got lucky but looks like it seems to apply to the neighborhood around. Great place all around. Close to restaurants by car.
