The cabin we stayed in was called Damsom, you instantly felt comfortable and it was a very relaxing environment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, definitely going to try and book again.

Lovely kitchen. Comfy beds I had to work but I'm told its really handy for shops and the centre of Windermere.

Oak Tree Timber Holiday Lodge is located in Bassenthwaite, 31 km from Buttermere, 23 km from Whinlatter Forest Park, as well as 24 km from Cat Bells. Location was beautiful, coming from a concrete city like London, fresh air and green lands is heaven
