We love all the bedrooms and our family of 5 was very comfortable. We loved having a parking garage in the building. Great restaurant right next door. Supermarket was a 10-15 minute walk or quick drive. Place had a nice porch out back where we sat with coffee in the morning.

The chalet was comfortable, warm and spottlesly clean. The beds were comfortable and had quality bedding and towels. The kitchen was well equipped and had a comfortable sofa. Villa San Filippo is a well maintained vintage Tuscany style villa, original interiors are preserved with great care by the host. Salvatore is very welcoming and kind person, we really liked him, he is a artistic soul and created a peacfull paradise just outside Arezzo, this is a good spot with plenty attraction below 1h drive from the villa. Salvatore was also very accomodating to our pet and we loved that.

It’s a unique historic building with some lovely features on the inside and out.
