Zur Alten Mine ligt 5 km buiten Graskop. Gasten kunnen in de tuin rond de dam wandelen of een wandeling naar de oude mijn maken. The property exceeded our expectations by far. The setting is absolutely beautiful and the little cabins are very well maintained and inviting. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Muluwa Lodge biedt een panoramisch uitzicht over de valleien en bergen en ligt op slechts 10 minuten rijden van White River en de internationale luchthaven Kruger Mpumalanga. Staff were brilliant! Food was wonderful. We would definitely recommend and will be returning!

Masorini Bush Lodge bevindt zich in Phalaborwa, op 11 km van Phalaborwa Gate, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi, airconditioning en toegang tot een tuin met een buitenzwembad. Natasja was so welcoming when we arrived. She was happy to organise game drives and the boat safari for us and share her tips for the area and give us recommendations for nice restaurants. As two 30-year-old girls traveling together, we felt very safe at the lodge. When we mentioned something was broken in the room, it was fixed straight away. The rooms were perfectly cleaned every day while we were out exploring. The braai and outside kitchen was our favorite thing to come back to, to cook our dinner and relax with a glass of wine watching the sunset and scenery from our little patio. We will definitely recommend the lodge to friends and family and we hope to be back very soon! Thank you :)

The accommodation itself is a harmonious blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. We were lucky enough to see all the animals during our game drives. Our guide Thomas and Sean were so knowledgeable and always patient. I would highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking to experience the Big Five! Special mention to Kathlyn who was always available and made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable during our stay. The owners Jørgen and Lisbeth have done a fabulous job to allow us to experience this moment in the wild.

African Flair Boutique Safari Lodge heeft een buitenzwembad, een tuin, een gedeelde lounge, en biedt accommodatie in Hoedspruit met gratis WiFi en uitzicht op de bergen. This place is a little gem. Perfect location, right next to incredible reserves in greater Kruger. One day we woke up to giraffes right at our doorstep. The owner is absolutely lovely, helpful and attentive to every detail. She helped us arrange all our outings, food orders and everything we asked. The food she made was the most delicious we had in South Africa, even compared to our 5 star JHB hotel. We are vegetarian and have some food allergies and she catered to every need. The room itself is gorgeous with one indoor and one outdoor shower, and one indoor and one outdoor bed to watch the milky way at night and hear the lions roar. Truly magical.

We booked this lodge by chance, hence our expectations were low. But what a gem it turned out to be! Entering the lodge through the macadamia groves you arrive at a green oasis. Large and well-maintained farm surrounded by old trees and blooming bushes. The next thing we were amazed by was the sounds! Like the best bird and insect orchestra. Complimenting these wild surroundings you get a cozy room with a comfortable bed and bathroom. The hosts – Charles and Mine – are simply awesome. Without them, this farm would be just a cozy place. But they made our stay special. From the very first moment when we entered the lodge, we felt that we were in caring hands. How passionate they are about everything they do! Prepping the food (definitely go for their traditional SA dinner), mindful suggestions about travel in the area, and unique information about the region. We felt how the love for Africa started raising in our hearts during our conversations. Finding the fresh flowers in the bathroom and being suggested the chair next to the fire in the evening – such small things made our stay unforgettable. We have only booked two nights and this is something we regret. Getting a few more days to stay would've been perfect. Just staying there doing nothing was already an experience. Rixile Kruger Lodge ligt op 13 km van Skukuza Indigenous Plants Nursery en biedt een buitenzwembad en een tuin. De accommodaties hebben airconditioning, een patio en gratis WiFi. This was arguably the best place I’ve been to in KNP. It was luxury at its peak.

Oase by 7 Star Lodges - Greater Kruger Private 530ha Reserve ligt in Hoedspruit met uitzicht op de tuin en heeft een restaurant, een gedeelde lounge, bar, tuin, buitenzwembad dat het hele jaar door... We loved Jacques' reception, and the entire sensorial experience with the ambient perfume, the music, the comfort of the bed both in the external and internal areas. Amazing!

Bushbaby Valley Lodge heeft een restaurant en accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, een tuin en een terras. Kruger Park Lodge Golf Club ligt op 14 km. Locatie was super mooi. Meerdere zwembaden en prachtige tuin aan riviertje. Luxe fijne kamer van alles voorzien. Personeel was erg hulpvaardig en vriendelijk. Drie dagen verblijf om Panorama route en krugerpark te bezoeken. Ideaal!
