Stayed here as we were seeing Peter Kay. We were upgraded on arrival which was a real treat. Our room was huge as was the bed. The staff on arrival were pleasant as were the evening shift staff. We didn't have breakfast as we like to sleep in. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfy. Most Hotels I've been in are cold in winter but the Queen was lovely.
Best of all was walking in to the Hotel. You feel and and are treated like royalty.

The hotel is in an excellent location set back of a main road but the outside seating area and well kept gardens give a feel of being somewhere in the Country side, yet it's only a 10 minute drive to Leeds Bradford Airport. Photo's really do not do it justice. The hotel is beautifully decorated to a very high standard, has a restaurant but also serves delicious bar meals at a very reasonable price. Our room was very large with a very comfortable king size bed fitted with luxurious hotel bedding. There were tea and coffee making facilities and also provided a 'help your self to extra tea and coffee and biscuits' on the dresser at the the end of our corridor which, I thought was a nice little touch, (and also a good job because my hubby loves at least 3-4 coffees in the morning). The bathroom was large, toiletries were provided and with a what I'd say one of the best hotel showers I've ever experienced. All Staff were very warm and welcoming. Whilst we did not have breakfast, we were told (by other customers) that the full english was the absolute best. We paid £60 for the night for our room under the expectation that we were just booking something cheap and cheerful before our flight the next morning. Oh my what a surprise we got when we arrived at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be booking to stay here again.
The room was very spacious and comfy/clean… the staff were so pleasant and friendly, really nice laid back approach. The pub doesnt look amazing from the outside but as soon as youre inside it was decorated so nice and had such a lovely vibe. Would highly reccomend! (Only annoyance was the booming loud continuous music from the neighbour - slightly made the experience not as good as it could have been, but i understand thats not the pub/hotels fault! And it was due to the fact if it being a bank holiday/party time)
The location was awesome set in the countryside of the hotel itself was old but with character, my room was spacious as was the shower room, bed was more than double, the staff was excellent, and went out of their way to accomdate. Special mention to Jo, who did a brilliant job with our breakfast, such a wonderful lady (hope you are there in 2024) it was a pleasure to meet her and the other staff members.
We booked a family room, so both our room and bathroom were large and we had somewhere to sit. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Hotel is well located for access to Leeds and Bradford. Nice seating area for drinks in front of hotel, with grassed seating area to side.
The location was ideal as we were visiting family in Farsley. Property is on a bus route and about a 15min walk from New Pudsey train station. 5 min walk to Lidl, Gregg's and takeaway establishments. The studio was generally clean.
Fast efficient check-in, well equipped comfortable room, not overly warm and naturally ventilated.
Varied menu to satisfy two full days at the hotel at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Easy check out
Dinner was very good, good choice and very tasty. Staff friendly, free parking. Hotel has a lovely outlook and outdoor seating areas to be able to sit outside and have a drink and eat.
stayed here for 2 nights in room 7! really lovely hotel overall, the bar and dining area lovely.
food really good, beautiful fire & nice atmosphere!
the staff were mostly friendly
