Everything in the room you would need . pillows and bed were so comfy ! Its a lovely laid back hotel which was ideal for us , as my daughter has autism and anxiety and she usually struggles in strange places but here she felt very comfortable

Shifnal is a lovely country town situated within easy reach of the major West Miflands cities. Friendly local bars and eateries.
I'm sorry to say it was let down by my stay at the Bell. It was a weekend stay in an Indian Restaurant. I like Indian food but I do not want the smell of it wafting into my bedroom. Furthermore, the carpets on the stairs and landing were in a disgraceful state and, the one in my room was a cord carpet which was sore if you were walking around in bare feet.
Value for money = 3/10

There was nothing good about our stay, Black mould in bathroom creaking floor boards everywhere in room, damp on walls, Ivy growing through window unable to shut window, broken window(piece missing and sellotaped over hole), stained pillows and mattress. Never informed us of a wedding party on last night awake until gone 0100, kids running around between 2315 and 2340, told reception in morning and was told because they were staying in the Hotel they had free reign what they wanted to do, obviously other paying guest didn't matter.

The reception was the worst I've ever experienced.
The reception was the worst I've ever experienced. The owner came to the car park as I was arriving and told me to park on the road since we could not park 2 cars per booking. Fair enough, I complied.
Then came check in time, before he showed us our room, we were standing by the door, he asked us to tell him the time that we will be coming for breakfast. We were also asked to pick our breakfast options that time. The guy is arrogant and rude.
I requested if we could go and drop our bags in the room first, then we have a look at the menu but he declined, demanding that we do it that very moment.
Apart from the poor reception and the bad attitude of the host, the room was very clean.

Shifnal is a beautiful place with some interesting shops, it has an old-school feel with Butchers, a bakery, florists and gift shops plus a craft beer local retailer not to miss.
There were a lot of empty premises and units up for rent/sale which I am sure in time will be snapped up for even more choice of shopping.

Was attending an event at Telford and , not knowing the area took a bit of a gamble ;which paid off really well.Near to the High Street so an evening meal was easy to sort out after the 3 hour journey there.
Lovely, spacious room, bathroom with bath, parking directly outside. The room was in the annex at the side of the main hotel (the 'cottage rooms') where you could park in front of their entrance. Booked a room each for me and my mother, who struggles with stairs and this was perfect for us. Hotel chose our rooms based on need and couldn't have been better, excellent communication via Booking.com before arriving. Biscuits in room appreciated! Breakfast £9.95 was good value. 11am checkout very appreciated! Excellent room rates.
Characterful historic hotel with well-sized quiet and clean rooms. Good quality of furnishings, with lovely white cotton bed linen and white towels. Well located within walking distance of Shifnal. The bar area had bags of character with beautiful wood panelling and a very pleasant front garden. The hotel was amazing value for money - given the low price we paid.
Easy parking in spacious car park surrounded by mature trees. Really friendly front desk staff. Decent view from spacious the room. plenty of sockets available. The whole hotel had a really relaxed atmosphere and its only 5 minutes walk into the village centre.
The property does not offer breakfast. However, it is centrally located in Shifnal so cafes and other shops are available. The location is easily walkable to all shops and facilities in Shifnal. The property includes on-site parking.
Lovely hotel, spacious rooms, excellent staff, all very helpful, friendly and polite. Good food at fair prices. Good amenities, coffee/tea and biscuits in rooms. Good location, quite area. We booked 4 rooms for a family stay.
The hotel was clean, the room large, comfortable and quiet. There is a good size bar. Breakfast was plentiful. Plenty of free parking, always a bonus. Overall, a nice hotel in a lovely quiet town.
The warm and friendly welcome. The exceptional room, the best nights sleep that I've ever had in a B&B/Hotel/Guest house.
A lovely leisurely breakfast. Highly recommended 10/10 on every scale.
The main reasons for the high rating are that the hotel was excellent value for money, the food quality was very good (dinner and breakfast) and the staff were lovely (restaurant and reception).
Third time now at the Park House Hotel, each time it has been very welcoming and comfortable.
Cottages are very well set up with parking just outside.
Quiet and within easy reach to the center.
Good staff - helpful and friendly. Good room size and clean. Good coffee & tea facilities. Good size car park and near to the centre of Shifnal. Fairly quiet location.
Very comfortable and cosy space with a homely atmosphere. All the amenities I needed. Lovely bed - I had a great night's sleep. Much better than staying at a hotel.
Front of house staff were fabuous as they tried to help move us to a better room. The Hotel Services staff were amazing and we left a note which war adhered to
Room was clean and a lovely breakfast
My wife left her necklace and the staff did find it and returned it after making a couple of phone calls to hotel
