The hotel is located in a quiet place within a few minutes' walk to a bus stop (connexions to Rome or Adrian's Villa) and 10-15 minutes walk to major tourist attractions in Tivoli (Villa d'Este etc). The room and bathroom are large and nicely decorated, the bed is very confortable. We heard no no traffic noise (noisy neighbours in the corridor could be a problem as anywhere). The owner and the personnel are nice and efficient, e.g. they provided additional dishes for breakfast, let us store luggage on the day of departure, gave useful adivice. I do not think there's a better hotel nearby in this price range.
Featuring an indoor swimming pool, Residenze Gregoriane offers luxury suites decorated in a classic style. Located along the river, these suites provide a central but quiet location in Tivoli.

Small boutique hotel. Only four rooms. Very attentive staff who were able to arrange bookings at the Restaurant Sibila. Nice breakfast.
Offering free WiFi and a furnished terrace, La Mensa Ponderaria is located in the historical centre of Tivoli. Villa d'Este is just 300 metres away. Air-conditioning is featured at this property.

Fantastic spot!! Really great location. Tivoli isn't too big, but this apartment is both right in town but quiet, too. The roof terrace was SO pretty!
Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Next Stop 28 offers pet-friendly accommodation in Tivoli. Free private parking is available on site. Each room has a private bathroom.
Great access to town and countryside. Tivoli has lots of character and amazing views, plenty of places to eat and shop, and to immerse yourself in true Italian culture.
I'd recommend the Villa d'Este and Villa Adriana (Hadrian's Villa), both of which can be done in one day, although allow more time for the latter, and bring a packed lunch as there are no catering facilities.

Tivoli is a great town outside of Rome.
Tivoli is a great town outside of Rome. If you are looking for old character, charm, and beautiful gardens, you have found your spot. Food was great at all locations. I would recommend spending a lot of time Villa di Este.

The park of Villa Gregoriana has stunning views of the waterfalls and is a must natural attraction when visiting Tivoli.
Villa D'Este is a magnificent example of the Italia Villas of the Renaissance, with its beautiful gardens and many fountains.
These two locations and the overall historical city area are easily reachable all within walking distance. The historic downtown also offer many eating alternatives.
Villa Adriana is one of the most majestic archeological sites of the Roman Empire, truly impressive in its scale and content.
Plan for a three nights stay in order to have two full days to visit the city.

Wonderful area to explore and use as a base to visit Rome.
Wonderful area to explore and use as a base to visit Rome. Fly into Ciampino. Public transport and parking is good. Prepare to walk up hill on occasions in town. Villa d'este well worth a visit BUT beware of payment on entry. (See Tip) Driving can be either exciting or challenging. Make sure if you go on the toll roads you understand how they work and how to pay. Local food is really reasonably priced if you choose well. "Botega del Grano" is an excellent choice in Tivoli.

Tivoli is a great location especially if you have previously visited Rome. It is much cheaper than Rome for food and drink and the quality of food is very good. For example we visited a restaurant in Rome for lunch - a restaurant we had previously visited - cost for lunchtime pasta for four with four beers and two Aperol Spritz 107 Euro's. Night time meal in Tivoli at a restaurant specializing in food from Tuscany for starters, meat main courses, six beers and 4 Aperol Spritz cost 117 Euro's.
Tivoli offers easy access to Rome via Train. To be honest having visited Rome before was disappointed with how expensive it has become, entry to alot of the venue's had massively increased in price and hour long queues. Also found the city very dirty.

If you like quaint rustic italy, this is for you, gorgeous scenery, lots to do but do homework first as if you do not have a car, the public transport needed a recky first. Not all cafes open on a Monday, but when they are the food is lovely and very reasonably priced. Taverna de Dracula is a must fir romanian cuisine
The flat was very clean and smelled great. The view from the room was absolutely incredible. The bathtub in the room was remarkable and the bed super comfortable.
Guido was the best host anyone could hope for. He was incredibly flexible with check-in and check-out times, and very kind in all ways. He gave us lots of recommendations and discount vouchers to use in various restaurants in Tivoli. Apart from this, Guido was always available to help/give more recommendations.
The owner picked us up at the train station which was supper nice. We arrived late and there are no taxis in Tivoli so it is important if you are not traveling by car to have a pre arranged taxi. It is walkable to the place from the train station but may be difficult with large bags. Tivoli is not like Rome so the taxi drivers mostly do not speak English as a heads up. The place is amazing and was a great location and views.
Amazing host and lovely place. We had the nicer room that has a balcony overseeing the castle which was nice. So this is a interesting place. It was a three or four bedroom house before they changed it into a small hotel. The breakfast is at a restaurant a block away and has amazing pastries, gelato and amazing hamburger which is odd to choose in Italy but it was really good. Has an Elevator also which is nice with bags
There was basically everything you need for comfortable stay. There was an espresso machine and coffee, and also some complementary snacks and cookies to welcome us. The appartment was clean and cozy. The location was convenient, and the host kindly responded on all our requests, thank you Alessio for that. The city of Tivoli was beautiful and easily connected with Rome and Fiumicino airport.
Exceptional stay at Palazzo Carlandi Tivoli! The best location — the heart of Tivoli. Exceptionally kind and gracious host Marco who went out of his way for us. Delighted to have the configuration of two suites for a beautiful family reunion in beautiful Tivoli. Historic palazzo renovated for 21st century comfort. We loved it — Will definitely return!
Owner was kind, helpful and alvays on the phone in case of emergency and he welcomed us with tasty homemade pie from his mother.
Lokation is on quiet street near by ancient Tivoli's monuments as well as restaurants and bars.
Apartment was clean, kitchen have lot of equipment and bad was really comfortable and large (lot of space even for tall ones).
Perfect apartment in really good location. You will find everything you need in the kitchen (e.g. you don't need to worry about kitchen soap, paper towels, basics utensils or pots). Matress in the bedroom is super comfortable. Flat is quiet but close to restaurants, bars, bakery. Tivoli is beautiful city, calm and with good connection to Rome.
After a month in Rome, I had a break and went to Tivoli for the day. I stayed overnight here. I got a lovely break in enjoying the air conditioned bedroom. In Italy's summer heat, this was joyous!
The actual apartment is closer to Pope Greg's Park than Villa d'Est but both are close enough and Pope Greg's Park is fabulous in the summer heat!
An absolutely stunning apartment, furnished with a lot of fantasy and attention to details.
Located in the picturesque medieval part of Tivoli close to Villa d'Este.
Matteo has been super helpful and there was even some breakfast stuff in the fridge :)
Internet worked well (keep in mind there's no network signal inside).
The apartment was clean, tidy, and comfortable enough for our short stay (kitchen is a little too small for preparing dinner). It's very well located too. Francesco was welcoming, very helpful with places to see and do around Tivoli, and with free parking nearby. We really appreciated the Smart TV available as well.
Great cozy place in the old town of Tivoli and really clean.
Chiara helped us with all the details and even provided some recommendations for great restaurants in Tivoli.
Parking are available near, make sure you discuss with Chiara before arriving
Best Wi-fi in Italy after 2 weeks travel :D
The Villa was beautiful. The rooms were somewhat basic, but comfortable. The location couldn't have been better. We walked into town for meals, and to see Villa D'Este. Hadrian's villa was a short car ride from the property. We highly recommend this property if you're visiting Tivoli.
The apartment is spacious and clean, the rooms have a good size and the beds are very comfortable. The location is great because it's on a quiet street but in the centre of tivoli so walking distance from all attractions, bars restaurants, and also close to the main parking of the town.
The apartment was lovely although a bit small. Very well decorated with all the amenities available. Host was very nice and helpful to find our way. Situated in a great area on a quaint street close to the river and many restaurants. Tivoli is a great place to spend a few days. Love it
Regina Tivoli Center is perfectly located to enjoy this beautiful town and all it has to offer. Filippo is a gracious and accommodating host who works incredibly hard to see to his guests’ every need. Our room was completely comfortable with a nice updated bathroom.
The history of Tivoli is echoed in the room and the age of the buildings, tidy cobbled streets and a sense of safety. Easy to get to restaurants and the sights of Tivoli (once you've found the way around all the piazzas 😀. Peaceful nights' sleep
The owner is amazing and really helpful. The place is gorgeous with a nice view as a bonus. Close to centre and the restaurant down the road is so good and very close to the centre. If we visit tivoli again will definitely book there again.
This property was in a great location for visiting two of the villas in Tivoli by foot. The place itself was cute but be warned the upstairs has a lower ceiling if you are tall, you may have to duck a little!
