Big and comfortable room, great spa and pool facilities, good breakfast, asked if it was a special occasion and we said it was our anniversary and they suprised us with a free and delicious cake. Really good value and highly recommend.

Here’s a detailed review of my stay: **Check-in and Room Issues:** - **Initial Room Disappointment:** Upon arrival, I was given a room without any windows, despite booking a room with a balcony and city view. After complaining, I was moved to another room, which lacked a balcony and had no air conditioning, in over 33°C heat. - **Security Concerns:** The room I was moved to had an adjoining door to another room, which was not secured. To my shock, I could open this door, which led to another occupied room. - **Noise Issues:** My room faced a bar that was extremely loud until 1 AM, disrupting my sleep. **Further Room Problems:** - **Room Change and Key Issues:** The next day, I requested a room change and was given a smaller room after a long discussion. However, my key card didn’t work, requiring multiple trips to the reception. Eventually, the concierge gave me a master key card, which opened all hotel rooms, posing a serious security risk. **Dining Experience:** - **Half Board Disappointment:** Despite booking a half-board option, the dining experience was subpar. The breakfast and dinner were on a first-come, first-serve basis, and food was not replenished. This forced me to eat dinner outside most nights. - **Health Concerns:** On the last night, the dinner made me sick. **Facilities and Equipment:** - **Outdated and Dysfunctional:** The hotel's equipment was very old and had many issues, falling far short of 5-star standards. **Positive Note:** - **Convenient Location:** The only redeeming feature was the hotel's location next to the metro. **Overall Rating:** Based on my experience, I would rate this hotel as a 2 or 3-star hotel at best. The numerous issues with room allocation, security, dining, and outdated facilities make it unworthy of a 5-star rating.

Really enjoyed the stay, very comfortable room, spacious and with AC. Really nice staff, very nice lady at the housekeeping and helpful staff at the reception too, especially Monia Ozkan, thank you for everything! :)

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was great, comfortable and clean! The breakfast had a great variety of foods and could tried some local foods there before ventured into the city. The hotel has a jakuzzi and sauna which was great, also we tried out the hotel's hamam, which was super for the price, my wife loved it! I can only recommend this hotel, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

The location was the best part of the hotel, it was nicely connected by Metro and Tram and some sights were in walkable distance. The rooms were also clean.
