Beautiful quay setting; fresh flowers in the room which was a lovely touch; superb fish selection in the cosy restaurant. Freshly cooked breakfast very good. Great location from which to explore Pagham Harbour and the RSPB reserve at Medmerry on foot.

Annie and Jorge we so friendly and welcoming. We were given a free upgrade, which was amazing, plus I mentioned in passing that it was my partners birthday and we were given champagne with our yummy breakfast along with balloons and a card. Beautifully decorated room with high quality bedding. We will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend

A great house in a fabulous location, close to Chichester and beautiful beaches. Warm and comfortable with everything we needed for a big family get together. Lots of parking and a big garden, easy self check in and a really helpful host. A perfect stay!
