Our experience with them was awesome. The warmth with which they treat their customers is remarkable.The desert safari,camel ride, Rajasthani folk dance and yes,not to forget the open DJ party in the end made all the difference. We visited Sandcastle Resort while touring India on our motorcycles and were extremely pleased by the quality of our accommodation. The resort is close to the attractions in Jaisalmer but also far enough away to provide peace, quiet and tranquility. The finish and decor in our room was brilliant, the bed was extremely comfortable, everything was clean, and our host was kind and helpful. Many thanks for a relaxing stay!

The owner hanif and staff were so helpful starting with a free pickup from the train station and at the end he even took us to the train station at 2 am for free! He also arranged an 1night 2 day desert safari for us, and was available for any questions we had. The safari he arranged was a great experience. Our camel safari guide babu was the absolute best, really recommend asking for him if you’re planning to do the safari! He brings a great cheerful vibe and cooks delicious meals and chai (and teaches you how to) on open fire in the desert. He is also a very interesting and funny guy and really made our trip a memorable one :). The hostel has a very homey vibe and babu also told us the owner is always very good to him and his staff, which is always good to hear!

Laying back on the sand dune while watching Milky Way on the clear night sky was my memorable experience in the desert camp. I highly recommend fellow tourists to take this opportunity to explore legendary Thar desert. The camels of Kamal (our human host 😁) are good and well behaved boys. So we do not need to be afraid of riding these well trained camels and watching the amazing panorama view of Thar desert on their back. We are served with freshly cooked meal with Rajastani style. I admit that it is so delicious and mouth watery. Having dinner under the open sky and chatting with our guides and fellow travellers, listening live Rajastani folk music (it is a thing we should not miss), all are cherries on the top. Thanks Kamal, Sidhu and Ba for their helping hand and showing warmly Rajastani spirit.
