Sophia and Luc were incredible hosts. They’ve done a fantastic job with the family lodge we stayed at. Simple, modern decor with a gorgeous garden and easy access to the river. Couldn’t recommend more.

Offering free toiletries and bathrobes, this tent includes a private bathroom with a bath, a shower and a hairdryer. This location is the perfect couples getaway. All of the rooms are at least 40 meters apart and boast some magnificient views of the Zuurberg mountains. Dinner and drinks prices were more than acceptable and Camp Figtree was the highlight of my month long stay in South Africa. Staff were amazing too and we especially enjoyed our interactions with Siya and Mzi.

We absolutely loved everything about this camp. Perfectly located, great pool, we felt like being on Safari at a friends house. Rob (the ranger) did an amazing job with two amazing game drives, we saw a lot of animals and had great fun. Even the shower in the tent was fantastic.

All of the little touches and attention to detail were so appreciated and made the stay extra special. The setting was idyllic, the ‘tent’ was lovely and comfortable and the food was delicious. The game drives blew my mind. I still can’t believe all of the animals we were able to see. I kept track and we saw 62 different animals over the 6 drives! The interactions were just incredible. That was thanks to Jono Vision! Jono’s passion and enthusiasm for the animals and his commitment to making sure we were well taken care of was next level. This was my very first safari and the bar has been set high! Thanks to all who made it such a great stay!

This luxury tent features a private deck with panoramic views of the reserve. It comes with tea -and-coffee-making facilities, a fan and safety deposit box. Everything was done superbly well. From the service, to the food, to the decor and creature comforts. Wildlife at the watering hole behind the main house is plentiful - we even saw elephants and rhinos there. The safari tent style rooms are well spaced, oversized and well appointed. Special shout out to the guides that took us out 7-9hrs a day on drives and bush walks. Incredible experience overall.

Located at the Tree Tops Safari Lodge, perched high on thatched platforms with decked walkways. This tree top, thatched-roof luxury tent offers a private balcony with panoramic views of the valley. What an amazing place- they upgraded our accommodation before we arrived as marks camp is more family friendly. We stayed at treetops which was so amazing- our room was gorgeous and the staff so friendly and attentive. M bAli and her team looked after us beautifully and Sivi our ranger was the best- we really lucked out- so knowledgable about the animals- an amazing experience.
