This Luxury Tent Room has a private entrance with an open plan room with a Double Bed and bathroom with shower. The Luxury Tent Room shares balcony with beautiful views. We loved our stay at Harmony, was a nice ending of our South Africa trip! Tent was clean and nicely decorated, had a great view, and outdoor shower was a treat. Mike and Marietjie are really nice host. They gave us tips on visiting Addo. We also went to Daniell Cheetah project nearby based on their suggestion and it did not disappoint. The homemade dinner/braai was delicious! I would recommend this place if you visit Addo area. Thanks Mike and Marietjie for all the nice conversation also :) Erik&Amanda

We stayed in Pod 1. We highly recommend the Pods for a truly unique experience. the lodge is beautiful but spending the night on the mountain is unmatchable. It’s a 40 minute drive from the Lodge to the Pods but it’s spectacular.

The food was mind blowing although it did that a while for the mains to arrive, and as a sign that we will return, our bottle of wine is still left with the waitress. Situated within the Amakhala Game Reserve, Safari Lodge - Amakhala Game Reserve is a thatched lodge offering an outdoor swimming pool, garden and sun terrace. The Port Elizabeth Airport is 88 km away.... This Lodge was by far the best location we visited during our stay in Africa. We had Desmond as a game driver. He was very knowledgeable and funny. It was a real pleasure dooing the outings with him. They also had a system in which everybody was assigned to a waiter. Sheldon the waiter was also amazing.

Situated in the Amakala Big Five Game Reserve, Bush Lodge offers an intimate lodge experience. It features an outdoor swimming pool, viewing deck and a number of game drives and bush walks. We had three fantastic days at Amakhala Game Reserve, Bush Lodge. The tents were very comfortable and the food very good. The game drives were amazing. Our game driver Jono did a super job. very enthusiastic, very knowledgeable information given during the drives and he was fantastic at spotting the animals and very dedicated to making sure we saw as much and varied as possible.

Furnished with a colonial theme, this tent features a terrace and patio with panoramic views overlooking the garden, mountains and the Indian Ocean. This place is truly a 10 out of 10, I've been on this Earth for 33 years and have not been to such a magical place. Everything from the owners to the staff to the lodge and of course of the zebras in his beyond your comprehension. I would highly recommend anyone to go out of their way to experience what we experienced. I have stayed at hotels that cost over $1,000 a night and this one is by far the most magical. This place tells a story of a couple who wanted to live a life by their own means and share it with the world.

Everything was perfect: the game drives, the lodge and the tents, the staff, the food, the care for the details. The only pity is we stayed only one night.
