The social aspect is still lacking but there are spaces outside to chat with people. The shower and toilet were very clean and worked well. There was hot water, so I think they fixed the previous problem. The room had a lot of natural light from outside and big windows which were nice but you still had your privacy thanks to the curtain on each bed. At the entry of the room you have space to leave your jackets & shoes. The rooms are very safe and can only be opened with a code they give you while checking in. The check in process is incredibly easy, It took some time for me to find my room but I managed. You don't have to download the app if you don't want. There is free wifi, a nice kitchen with sitting areas and everything you need to make a meal, and a public restroom. They don't provide shower gels so be aware.
