I arrived rather spontaneously for a 4-day trip through southern Jordan. Saif and Heather did magically organize a trip to the Wadi Rum desert with an unforgettable experience of staying over night at a desert camp (glamping), trying local foods, drinking some tea at the camp fire and watching the sun rise in the dunes. From here, they organized a shuttle to Petra (Treasury, Monastary,…) for a half day hike through history and back to Aqaba. I loved how personal the connections were (e.g. eating breakfast together and learning so much about the country and culture). The hostel itself was very clean and thoughtfully put together. I stayed in the “girls only” room. the bunk beds were very comfortable and the stairs were a pleasant change to the usual latter for the upper beds. All in all, I can highly recommend coming here. At no point during the time at the hostel or on the amazingly organized trip did I not feel safe.
