Located in the city of Anitápolis, Estancia Vistas de Anita is the ideal place for those seeking comfort, incredible views and unforgettable moments. Here, we work following the concept of American accommodation, where the guest has more independence during their stay. We are a private property, without a guesthouse structure and services such as reception, breakfast and daily cleaning. But, thinking about your comfort, we have a complete kitchen for you to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the view and we will be available to offer support during your stay, including complete cleaning and/or change of trousseau hired separately. IMPORTANT: For check-in after 8pm, there is an additional charge for a convenience fee, so you need to check with the host for values and payment method :)

Anitápolis is a municipality in the mountainous region of the state of Santa Catarina, located about 100km from the state capital, Florianópolis, between the Serra do Tabuleiro State Park and the São Joaquim National Park.
