It is a very well laid out two-bedroom apartment that has ample space for the living room and kitchen, and a patio that gives off a lot of light. It has everything you need to feel comfortable during your stay on the island, whether for work or pleasure. Your pets are welcome too.
I would like the guests to feel at home. I'm an illustrator and I've tried to give the floor a personal touch. You can count on me for any questions.
The Guanarteme neighborhood is a young and familiar neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It is also a space open to the sea, ideal for practicing surfing or spending the day with the children on the beach. The neighborhood has the most important auditorium in the city, the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium. It also has the Las Arenas Shopping Center that has a multi-screen cinema. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area with a wide range of types of food. The neighborhood is very well connected with the rest of the island, either by car or by public transport.
