Bienvenue à La Bernache, Un logement neuf idéalement situé en plein centre bourg de Saint Trojan Les Bains. Il se situe à 100 mètres du marché, 20 mètres de la boulangerie, commerces environnants et restaurants. A La Bernache vous pouvez tout faire à pieds ou à vélo. Elle se situe à proximité des plages de Saint Trojan et des pistes cyclables. Profitez de vacances idéales entre mer, forêt et vie locale ! La Bernache se compose d'une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte, une belle terrasse ainsi qu'une petite partie de verdure. A l'étage vous retrouverez une salle de bain avec un 2ème WC ainsi que deux chambres : l'une composée d'un lit 160x200 l'autre composée d'un lit de 90x190 et d'un de 80x190 . Les deux lits peuvent n'en former qu'un si besoin Vous pouvez nous demander les draps de bain et de lit qui sont en supplément au prix de 15euros pour 2 personnes Un lit bébé ainsi qu'une baignoire et chaise haute sont disponibles sur demande. Une boite à clefs est présente, le code vous sera communiqué avant votre arrivée Un forfait ménage de 50euros sera à régler sur place pour les locations à la semaine Pour les locations de plus courte durée n'hésitez pas à nous demander
