There is direct access to a private courtyard garden. Upstairs, on the first floor, there are three stylish bedrooms, two with doubles and one with two single beds, as well as the main bathroom with a freestanding bath and waterfall tap, separate shower, wash basin and WC. Ascend a second staircase to the top floor to find a lounge/ dressing area, elegant master bedroom with a freestanding luxury stone bath. There is also a wash basin and WC tucked off the dressing room. Outside, there is a private courtyard with seating as well as a useful utility room with washing machine, wash basin and WC. Guests can enjoy complimentary access to the gym, spa and swimming facilities at Kirkby Lonsdale Health Club. Whilst there is no allocated parking at the property, there are two pay and display car parks within a short walk from the house. Kirkby Lonsdale is a beautiful market town nestled between the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Lake District National Park. The town itself offers so much to its visitors - enjoy walks along the banks of the River Lune, around the town and further afield, hike up one of the surrounding fells or potter around the high street and enjoy the wide variety of independent shops before stopping at one of the cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants for a well deserved break.
