New for 2021 2 bedroom caravan with wonderful views over Torbay. Modern and clean with open plan lounge, kitchen dining areas. 2 bedrooms ( 1 x Double and 1 x Double/2 singles) plus pull out double in lounge = sleeps 6 (bed linen included). Shower room and ensuite toilet to master. Smart TV, DVD (selection of DVDs available) and some children's games/books provided. Free wifi throughout the caravan. Fully equipped kitchen including microwave and kettle, fridge/freezer and cooker. Professionally cleaned between guests stays. Terrace off lounge patio doors in sunny location looking across the bay to Torquay with table, seats and parasol. Steam train goes passed every 20 minutes (Torquay to Kingwear). Small beaches/coves 5 mins walk, larger beaches 10-15 mins walk (Goodrington and Broadsands). Walk to Paignton/Brixham possible for those with more energy. Water park nearby and bus stop outside site. Pub/CooP shop and take-aways a short walk away. On site is an inside pool will open in May 2023 new one - please to check with owner when it will reopen exactly, an amusement arcade, bar/restaurant and entertainment venue please note the facilities are for a quiet family site not a loud/noisy party site]. On Southwest Coastal path.
This is our holiday home and we love to walk to the local beaches where you can swim safely. a longer walk of a couple hours to Brixham is lovely or to Paignton harbour where you can sit and have a drink watching the locals on their boats or sometimes listen to the live music. We hope you enjoy the caravan and area as much as we do. Short stroll or epic hike, summer or winter walk, take your choice of miles of Devon's exhilarating views, gently rolling countryside, high moorland, river valleys and some of the finest stretches of coastline in Walking in Devon is an absolute joy, which is why it is such a popular destination for walking holidays, Devon's walking routes take in every glorious view, every beautiful beach, and every interesting monument and you can see a whole different side to the county which can't be found from a car or train.
