Set on 1.5 acres of landscaped gardens, Dunluce Boutique B&B offers rooms with a private balcony overlooking the lake and mountains. It features free Wi-Fi and a cosy guest lounge with a fireplace. Dunluce B&B is 10 minutes’ walk from Lake Te Anau. Queenstown Airport and Milford are both a 2-hour drive away. The heated rooms have a smart TV and luxurious goose down mattress toppers. Each room has a large bathroom with under-floor heating, a hairdryer and organic plant-based toiletries. Guests have access to a great selection of books, games, magazines and DVDs. The town centre is a 2-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away. Breakfast options are available including fresh eggs, fresh fruits, homemade muffins and granola cups with Greek yoghurt and fruit compote.

In sight is Lake Te Anau and all around we are framed with the Mountians of Fiordland National Park.

We have been here for 4 years and proud and grateful to call ourselves the owners of this beautiful property, for over 10 years Dunluce has consistently been awarded trip advisors certificate of excellence. You will enjoy a stress-free experience with us and peaceful nights sleep. Most of all we are here to help and want you to make the most of your experience in Te Anau and discovering Fiordland. You will love our little slice of paradise and cant wait to share it with you.

5-10 minutes walk and you'll find yourself at the shoreline of lake Te Anau! On your door step you have Fiordland National Park and all that nature has to offer. Te Anau is its own destination and a lovely little community. Its great base to venture into the Fiords such as Milford or Doubtful Sound or relax after tackling one of our Great Walks. If you enjoy biking we are located close by to the Fiordland trails recreation track which follows the lake around and also connects to the lake to lake cycle trail that goes all the way to Manapouri. There are many hiking options for all levels, jet boating down the Waiau River or sailing out on the lake are always a hit! Don't forget the glow worm caves!
