The hotel is in a great location just an 8 minute walk from the train stations and about 8 minute walk to the gondola as well. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. We even ate dinner in the restaurant downstairs and it was great to try some traditional Swiss food.

While I walked everywhere, as is my personal preference, there was a taxi service available, at least to and from the train station. I highly recommend staying here.DaltonSolo traveller

The breakfast is excellent and the staff are friendly and attentive. And above all, the Matterhorn view from the terrace of the lodge is fantastic. If I visit zermatt again, I will choose Panorama Ski Lodge without hesitation.
