The room is very spacious ( compare to traditional hotel in Japan), we still find the room spacious with two big luggage open up in the room. There is washing machine and drying machine where we can wash our clothing from hiking. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they tried to accommodate our special request. There are many local restaurants near the hotel and we feel home when stayed here. Will definitely stay here when I visit again.

Temonkan, pieno centro di Kagoshima, tutto a portata di mano! Dalla finestra vista sul vulcano di sakurajima e stanza molto confortevole! Purtroppo abbiamo letto che l'hotel avrebbe chiuso a gennaio! peccato! letti ok, colazione nella caffetteria la piano terra per quanto uguale per tutti tre i giorni di permanenza, molto carina e originale! se riaprisse, consigliato!

The location was easy to walk to or catch a bus or ride a taxi. The Onsen and spa facilities were amazing. The restaurant served great food. The small shop had delicious ice creams and omiyagi. Our package included a Japanese breakfast which was delicious. We stayed in the newer part of the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and super helpful… even insisting on carrying our hiking packs for us! Would book again without hesitation.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a typhoon coming as I checked into the hotel. The restaurant was only available for pre-booked guests and the staff supplied me with alternative food until the restaurant could accommodate me the following night for dinner and breakfast the next day. Without them I would have been sick with hunger. Thank you The restaurant food was amazing Japanese food which I would out have had anywhere else in Japan.
