Staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. The location is stunning but a bit fairway from the centre. The facilities were just super clean and nice.

Scenery and material quality: The hotel’s design is also immaculate that fits well into the scenery and would immediately gives you a cozy, luxurious feeling. The materials you find in the hallway, in the rooms, from the door to the bathroom kits and facility, are all of high quality that make you question their affordable price range. The thickness of the door and the sound deadening materials being used in the structure work wonder in isolating unwanted noises from entering your room. Wherever you venture to in the hotel, from the main dining room to the lobby, you will be amazed with the combination between the hotel’s classic design and the greatness of nature, and there are plenty of spots for you to take picture or just relax. Staff quality: Swiss-belresort has so many excellent qualities, but perhaps their brightest area lies in the staff and service. The staff of the hotel are always very professional and polite, and they will truly listen to your smallest request and try their best to fulfill it. From the kitchen staff to the receptionists as well as the maids and janitors who are responsible for the room service and hotel maintenance, they all give you a great sense of top-notched service and a level of caring that not many 5-star hotels can provide. If you have a chance like me to sit down with a manager, you will be amazed to learn of how much work and effort went into the training and service, it demonstrates their dedication and determination in providing you the best experience during your stay. For instance, the hotel staff are always willing to introduce you to the best restaurants in town or attractions. More impressively, the service you receive does not stops there but also extend beyond as the hotel was extremely helpful in calling ahead and providing assistance, arrangements for my next destination in my cross-region traveling.

The property is a bit far from the city hub but the little extra travel time is worth it. True to its name, this hotel is perfect for finding peace and tranquility amidst a picturesque backdrop. The staff is super helpful and the food is absolutely delicious! I would definitely go back to Zen Valley Dalat again!

Absolutely stunning grounds and hotel, really lovely experience here. Feels very peaceful and there’s a lovely walking route along the edge of the property which borders the lake. Comfortable room, very good breakfast. Tennis, badminton etc available and a games room and spa.

We loved this place! Our room was fantastic. All luxury and comfort. Loved having coffee on our private patio too. The historic buildings spread throughout this resort with their history and beauty are so interesting. The trees and gardens, a great restaurant, great staff. Everything was wonderful! This is going to be a long review for Lavender Dalat Hotel and Resort. Travel advisory - if you are in Dalat or planning to visit there look no further. It’s an example of the highest le level of hospitality as exhibited by the manager there , Ms Ly Hoang. I have been travelling globally and have experience in stating at 5 start properties but I have never ever received such great services anywhere else. Ms Hoang took care of all our requirements , right from book taxis for us to travel locally , to upgrading us free of cost from a tent to a room, proactively checking about our needs , so much so that we had an early checkout out 4.45 am , she personally came (it was pitch dark) to see us off . All this with a big smile on her face . Small things like this are no more small things , they are BIG things . Thank you Ms Hoang for an absolute level of personal touch and care . Now coming to the property. If you are nature lover, you may not want to skip this one . The beauty of this please can’t be captured by even the best camera in the world. The view to the lake is amazing from the cafe . The rooms are very comfortable with lovely view to the lake and valley. The flowers in and around the resort makes its look even better. The resort is not far from the Dalat attractions like Dalanta waterfalls , clay tunnel , Dalat market and lake, easily accessible by the Grab ! All in all its scores a perfect 10/10 , and Ms Hoang services can’t be rated, they can only be felt that touch the heart.

The resort is quite and a little far from the city central. Very relaxing stay and the room was excellently clean. You could have a very quite and relaxing stay at the resort. Many trees and flowers surrounding the resort. It was really a great stay. Very clean room, comfort bed and pillows. Staff were very helpful on the request. But If you prefer city live, then might need to consider stay at city area.

The family running the place was really nice. The bungalows were cute and it was nice to have a heater and fan so it was very warm at night and pleasant during the day.
