The heated pools are incredibly cozy in winter. The sea, tidied up and well-groomed coast, the cleanest beach are incredible and comfortable for children and adults. Comfortable sunbeds, drinks at the tables by the sea created an incredible atmosphere! The territory is simply incredibly comfortable for children, adults, small mobile groups, prams. The most comfortable living environment has been created! The food is incredible, the Italian course was a blast! It is impossible to imagine tastier) Separately, I would like to tell you about the quality of cleaning and cleanliness: it is of unprecedented quality and intensity. Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. 아이들이 놀기 좋고 음식도 괜찮았으며 모든 서비스가 친절했다. 투숙객들이 많은 걸 보면 만족도가 높고 음식 재료들도 소진이 빨라 신선하다는 느낌이 든다. 세레니티 마카디로 셔틀버스가 계속 오가서 홍해바다에 가볼 수 있고 바다 들어가자마자 큰 물고기들이 많아 스노쿨링도 재미있다. 밤에는 루나파크라는 소규모 놀이공원이 있어 10세 아동까지도 범퍼카 등 놀이 시설을 재밌게 이용했다. 2박3일의 시간이 금방 흘러간다.

He was so friendly and also so helpfull we gone miss him so so much. We certainly come back. This hotel was fantastic also the staff. But special thanks to Mohamed he made our stay very very nice 🥰

We've had an amazing experience at Desert Rose resort. It was even better than we've expected. The atmosphere was great and we felt welcome. The staff was really friendly and kind to us. Big shout out to our housekeeper Hassan who made sure that our room was tidied every day. One of the big highlights of our stay was the Christmas party. A huge party with entertainment and a massive buffet. We had a blast with a lot of the other guests. Great place to mingle and meet new people!
