The hotel facilities are nice and comfortable and located close to popular zones 1-5 as well as the fort which is a worthwhile visit. I saw my tiger in zone 10 thnx to Jitendra’s last minute magic. Couldn’t be happier, thank you!!!

We went for a wedding so that's the main reason for staying there, but wow we were just impressed by everything. The room (spectacular), the food (delicious), the facilities (amazing), the grounds (beautiful). From the moment you are greeted to get on the boat which takes you to the island where the hotel is to the moment of checkout, the experience was amazing. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful! Highly recommend all those visiting to at least enjoy an evening or two at this palace.

From the moment we were collected from the train (the driver was literally outside the carriage door) until we were returned to the station 3 days later, we felt incredibly well looked after. Given the size of the hotel the level of personal service was amazing! Of course the rooms, were comfortable, clean and relaxing and the grounds (including pool) also peaceful and immaculate. We also booked desert safari, camel rides, adventure activities from the camp itself. The food is excellent they serve both traditional Rajasthani dishes and other cuisines. The tents are grand, spacious and clean. If you want to experience the luxury then this is the best camp in Jaisalmer.
