Very friendly and helpful staff and manager. Clean and modern rooms. Nice pool and leisure facilities. Delicious self-service breakfast and a la carte menu for later in the day. Manager, Thomas, was happy to arrange excursions for us and driver, Ashraf, was prompt, calm and friendly. We also loved Sunil who was always smiling and available to help.

We stayed at the Mountain Exotic Glamps at Mount Xanadu Resort for 3 nights. It was a splendid experience for us. The glamp stay was awesome, with luxurious inside, amenities and a beautiful view of the mountains and valley. The staff were really professional and helpful . They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Special shout out to the gentlemen who was doing the live music at dinner, his songs made dinner time all the more enjoyable. Another highlight was High Tea , with the view of the beautiful surroundings. They have an ayurvedic spa which will surely leave you relaxed and rejuvenated. We had an early check out, so the staff packed fruits and water for us for the trip back. These small gestures elevate Xanadu's service to another level. Highly recommended! Suggestions to improve: Increase size of TV. Leave a booklet with local activities inside the room for guests to review.

Amazing accommodation, located in the middle of huge spice, coffee and tea plantations, managed by the owners. Stayed in the Mackenzie suite, really cool suite, breathing colonial history. Really amazing place, nice food, very polite and approachable staff. The infinity pool is has the best view I’ve ever had from a pool. Of course not cheap, but worth every penny.
