We really enjoyed our stay at the Nouveau Resort. It was clean, comfortable and all the staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Breakfast and dinner being included is awesome to meet the other people staying there. The hostel is in a great location and the rooms are comfortable! Would recommend staying here and hopefully come back again in the future! The constructions that they told us about were also no problem, as they only do it at times you would be awake and probably exploring anyway!
