Particulary Win and Tuyen in guest services, who truly made our experience so comfortable. We loved Banyan Tree and will be coming back again. Its a beautiful resort and the villas are exceptional.

We came to Hue after 4 nights at the Metropole in Hanoi and felt the same level of luxury and care for guests we had just experienced at the Metropole.

Good location with views of the river. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. Staff were incredibly helpful. Excellent value for money.
