Our suit was newly built and we were the first ones to stay. It was very clean, spacious, well equipped and walking distance to all areas in old town. The breakfast is served to your room at your desired time 🙂 and it was a real delight suitable to all diets. Both Giannis and Efi are great hosts, their kindness and hospitality are worth to highlight. We really enjoyed our time in Utopia, certainly will visit again. Many thanks.

Apartment was amazing, room was nice and clean, bathroom as well (property is equipped with their own system of water heating via solar power so hot water was always available in unlimited quantities), and apartment is equipped with washing machine which was great option to have. Windows have mosquito net, and beds were very comfortable. We even asked the host to provide us with different, harder pillows since the soft ones are not to our liking, and we got them right away. Hosts were very exceptional and ready to help us with any question related to local places to eat/visit, as well to provide any information we needed.

The apartment was great (maybe better than on the photos), the location was also superb (calm, silent, but close to a gate, the harbour, and the beautiful narrow streets starts here), and Xanthi was very helpful, she helped us in everything (even to find a place, where we can print at friday evening), and answered my questions immediately. When we arrived to the apartment, a lot of gifts were waiting for us. :-) Thanks for everything, Xanti!

Good shower and Nespresso machine. But what made this place special was Dimos - he was full of brilliant advice and really looked after us.
