Friends recommended a stay in Brockenhurst and we found The Nest via Booking.com. The entire booking process and being advised of access to the property was seamless. LOTS of information provided AND places to see, where to eat, walks, bike rides etc. There is car parking onsite. We left the car there for our 3 day stay. Walked everywhere as it is very close to town and the walking tracks. The facilities in the Nest are simply sensational. Very well appointed. Lots of room. The bedroom is an absolute delight. Full sized kitchen. Welcoming bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival. There is a bike rack under cover. And tables/chairs to allow you to sit in the sun!!! We met the owner, very friendly. In short, we highly recommend The Nest. And yes we would definitely stay here again and for longer.

Amazing place in an amazing setting. Lovely little touches on arrival. Very straight forward directions to arrive at the cottage and a very short drive through nice parkland to get to the property. I would highly recommend a break here, great place to relax and unwind

We loved Everything - the WOW factor as soon as we drove up to the gates. The Gatehouse is amazing, spotless, cozy, pretty, comfortable. Beautifully decorated and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Location is fab. near town. Wonderful walks. Stunning views from of the park.

The cottage was spotless, super cosy, warm and welcoming. We had everything we needed for a short stay away. The owner was extremely helpful and super organised. We received detailed instructions prior to arrival so that we could check in seamlessly, which after a long drive is exactly what you need.

All the staff were friendly and professional. We were able to borrow for free the hotel’s bicycles which we used to cycle into the village, which was an added bonus. Dinner in the hotel in the evening was delicious and to a high standard overlooking the lovely gardens. It was lovely to have table service every breakfast and to order whatever we wanted. We also enjoyed afternoon tea at the hotel. It was served in the spacious conservatory with a view of the ponies in the paddock and surrounded by a lovely garden. The host was very kind and helpful. Our room was light and airy with a luxurious and comfortable king size bed . The house was about 30 minutes slow walk from the village, which was very much to our liking. It was very peaceful and relaxing.
