Just AMAZING!!! The house is beautiful, looks like it's been recently renovated, spotless clean. Great location, but as per name, it's on a little hill, well, not so little actually! Quiet neighborhood = great night sleep.

Great to be able to have parking included with the apartment. Nice secluded location, but close to amenities. Huge kingsize bedroom and managed to fit two travel cots in the second bedroom too. Great space upstairs in the kitchen/lounge with everything you'll need. Even had Sky tv which was great for us as we stayed in during the evenings with our little ones asleep downstairs. Just a few minutes walk from Island Street Deli which do a fab breakfast, and the Salcombe Dairy Ice Cream Parlour. Will definitely go back!

The property is only a little 'up the hill' from town and a very easy stroll down to the fish & chip shop. - Just up one set of stairs above the playground. Having 2 bathrooms was very handy. Being on the ground floor, there's a little terrace area just outside the lounge patio doors.

The cries of the gulls and Jackdaw added to the sounds of Salcombe waking up. We enjoyed our stay. Lee Shore was very comfortable, the location was very central in the village and the croissant were delicious. Lee Shore even had that very rare commodity in a holiday rental; sharp knives in the kitchen.
