Normally its written that breakfast isnt included, but they gave the chance to buy a pastry from the patisserie across the facility and in the room you have coffee machine with capsules and water, milk, soda at the refrigerator. Teresa was helpful; before our arrival, she sent a detailed description of the path and directions. She was also flexible about check-in, allowing us to leave our luggage at the place before the official check-in time. The place was exactly like the photos, even much better. It was clean and well-organized, with an equipped kitchen including a kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and everything you need for a short stay. The balcony was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The supermarket and city center were just a 7-8 minute walk away. After check-out, Teresa kindly let us leave our luggage at the entrance so we could enjoy the last moments in beautiful Capri without carrying our heavy backpacks. We felt completely at home. I liked everything: the communication with the host who is very helpful and responsive, ease of check-in and checkout, very clean and nicely decorated house with everything necessary available including a small kitchen and a nice spacious terrace. Although in the center of Anacapri the room is quiet and one can have a good sleep at night, in fact the area gets quiet at night. Briefly this has been a great experience and I would definitely return here.
